"Human body is the picture of their soul"

Ludwig Wittgenstein (Austrian Philosopher)

There is a variety of physical power and inclinations in children, like their mental abilities and interests. There can be differences in the physical performance between two kids who have the same height and weight. The first step in the self-awareness in a child is learning about their body, and the physical education class is the best tool which guides the process.

Physical education helps develop not only physical intelligence, but also intellectual and social intelligence. With the P.E. program, students learn that:

  • Their individual performance develops with a well-balanced, planned and disciplined work habits
  • Team games are based on constructive, creative social relationships
  • One needs to take responsibility, offer leadership, or follow the leader while working towards the same goal
  • Athletic success is based on self-confidence like in other disciplines
